Researched and wrote a report on Broadband Penetration in 10 major U.S. cities for a national non-profit organization to use as a benchmarking tool for the communities the non-profit supported. The report included broadband penetration; number of broadband providers; advertised average download speed; internet use by household; and computer ownership by household and helped the non-profit to determine where it should focus its efforts.
